3rd Annual 1 in 91

Hey Guys and Gals,

So here is a update on whats coming up. I was invited to be a part of a awesome fundraiser show run by A.Skate. If you have never heard of them, here is a little about them that I copied from their site.

Who we are:
The A.skate Foundation is a non profit that allows children with autism to be a part of our social world through skateboarding. We hold clinics for children with autism at no cost to the families, give grants to children with autism for skateboard gear, as well as promote awareness and educate families about the skateboard industry. Five years ago 1:150 children were diagnosed with autism. Today 1:91 children are diagnosed with autism, 1:58 of those being boys according to the statistics on
TACA now.
Here are a few of the things that we do:
hold clinics nationwide for children with autism at no cost to the families
give "Grants for Gear" for kids to purchase skateboard gear
hold fundraisers and events to promote our cause

Autism, like skateboarding, can be unpredictable and often times unruly. We embrace the parts of autism that are hard to understand and give these kids an outlet that is free of rules or judgment, and allows them to be social without being “social”.

The show will be held on April 21st, 2012. Here is their flier for the show. I am so excited about it.

Now here is the WIP piece I am doing for the show. It will be done soon so please come back to check out the final piece photo, and if you can go to the show or even make a donation, please follow the link on how to do so.

Again, I hope alot of you can make it. I'm going to try, but not sure yet, but if you do end up going, please send me some pictures. That would be awesome!!!

The Year of the Dragon!!!!

So this upcoming Saturday I will be heading out to Sacramento. For what you may ask. It's for the upcoming group show at Sacramento titled "The Year of the Dragon". I was invited to this show and I was very happy to be a part of it. Drawing dragons have been my all time favorite creature to draw since I've been little. I even still have a dragon I drew when I was 11!!! That's like almost 20 years ago!!!..Whoa..I'm getting old...

Well besides me getting older, I hope that everyone can make it out there. It's gonna be a awesome show. I will have two pieces for this show. Unfortunately I don't have the final photo of the piece for it's being framed at the moment. But I will definitely post them up once they are done.

So go mark your calendars!!! This Saturday, Feb 11th 2012!!!

It's time to Work on this again!!!

Alright.... So it's time..again..I gotta start working my ass off and keep updating this blog if I'm going to be taking down my "never updated" site. Thats right. I'm going to be cancelling my site and use this as my main page for info and so on from now on. It's almost 2012 and I need to work on this more. I just wish I had more time in doing so. Maybe I need to keep my laptop with me at all times.

Anyways, to start the re-update for this site, I decided to post my WIP piece for the show I have been invited to for next year. It will be held at DRAGATOMI in Sacramento. The theme is "Year of the dragon" which I am so happy to be a part of. So here is the piece. I hope you all will enjoy this once it's done. Any comments are always welcome.

Once I finish the piece I will be posting it up here on this blog page. Thanks again for all the love and support. Lets make 2012 the best year...cause it may be the last according to the Myan calendar....woooooooooo.....

"Creature Feature" at Lulubell, May 7th 2011

So it's been a while since I posted anything on my blog. i've been so busy with work and personal life things. I'm also getting to my career goal step by step. Gotta do what I gotta do for it. If your wondering what that is, I am currently apprenticing to become a tattooer. It's a long road but it's worth it.

So anyways, here is my piece for the upcoming show at Lulubell in Arizona. This piece was created probably on how I feel about myself. Being not "normal" to many people, esp my family, I feel that this creature is probably representing me in a way.

Well I hope you guys like this piece. Please feel free to comment on what you think. I'm alsways happy to hear what others think. thank you for the support and the follow. it gives me the stregth to keep going and learning and creating.

*Sorry for the bad pic*

Monster Party Pt2

So this past Saturday, Dragatomi in Sacramento held a art show titled "Monster Party". It was showing customs and paintings by four artists. These artists were Mark Nagata, Gatchabert, D-Lux and I. I was not able to attend, but I hope that those who were able to had a blast.

As I showed you some of the pieces I have had at the show, I don't think I have showed everyone the rest of the pieces. So here it is. I hope you will enjoy these pieces.
